On the firm. Halvren manages proprietary capital. We are a private investment shop, not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or portfolio manager. Public and private writing alike is research and commentary for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing here is personalized advice.
On positions. The author may hold positions in any name discussed and may transact at any time without notice. Pro-tier private letters include a holdings snapshot, refreshed quarterly. Public writeups carry a standing position-disclosure footer.
On cadence. The quarterly letter is the spine. Public research is published when a name earns it. Subscribers receive everything Halvren publishes, plus the letter and the position commentary. We do not publish on a calendar; we publish when there is something honest to say.
